RULES AND POLICIES

In order to provide safe play for children of all ages, please see our rules.

KidzGo Policy of
Cleaning and Safety

The following provides an outline of our basic conditions of entry. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure all our children and adults feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our premises.

Important

Under current Chief Medical Officer of Health Orders, businesses and entities are required to:

*implement practices to minimize the risk of transmission of infection among attendees;
*provide procedures for rapid response if an attendee or staff member develops symptoms or illness

*ensure that attendees ensure high level of sanitation and personal hygiene

*comply, to the extent possible, to these guidelines, and any other applicable Alberta Health guidelines

The Rules and Policies we ask for all patrons to follow:

  • If patrons show any symptoms or signs of illness, should not enter the facility

  • Anyone who has gone to international travel in the past 14 days or who have come in contact with someone with symptoms should not enter the facility

  • Be encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival to the facility 

  • Be encouraged to wear a mask and keep them on inside the facility at all times

  • Patrons not using equipment should continue to physical distance 

  • Keep food and drink out of the equipment, game, and play areas to minimize the chance that you touch your face or mouth

The rules and policies we have in place at KidzGo Indoor Playground are:

  • Control Points of entry into the facility, equipment, and amenities

  • Installed physical barriers, acrylic panels, at registration desk

  • Establish one way flow patterns around the facility where possible to prevent congestion

  • All areas are monitored and supervised to ensure people adhere to social distancing and hygiene protocols

  • Signs posted indicating distancing and hygiene expectations

  • Hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol provided where groups share common equipment or surfaces

  • Cashless or no contact payment should be used to the greatest extent possible

  • Use of floor stickers to direct the movement of people through the facility

  • Operators are cleaning and disinfecting all high touch areas including equipment, toys, electric cars

  • Washrooms are cleaned and disinfected frequently 

  • Equipment provided by the facility such as high chairs and strollers should be cleaned and disinfected between uses

  • Staff are expected to complete daily self assessment and screening questions

  • Ask that patrons not using the equipment remain social distancing

  • Individuals who are exempt from wearing a mask are now required to wear a face shield
